First, select the project you’d like to manage from the top menu.

You'll then see the following steps:

New proposals - Here you'll find applications from our Experts. You can review them all and check any welcome messages. You can also decide whether you’d like to discuss the project further or reject the Expert.

Replied - If you decided to reply to the Expert, you will find your chat marked as "Replied". At this point, you can discuss the project in further detail. The goal of this step is to decide on whether you’d like to cooperate with an Expert or not. If you decide to cooperate with the Expert, click on "Hire Expert" and pay the amount in escrow you both established. The Expert will start working on your project. If you decide to not hire the Expert, click the button.

Hired - At this step, you're still in touch with your Hired Expert and you're waiting for the project to be delivered. Once the Expert has completed their work, your conversation will move to the "Approved" stage.

Delivered - Here, you can decide whether the project was delivered according to plan. If yes, click the "Complete" button to release the Expert's payout. If not, discuss any issues you may have with the Expert.

Completed - Once you've approved the work, you'll find it in the "Approved" stage. The Expert will then receive the payout promptly.

Rejected - Here you'll find any Experts you rejected during the services process.

Canceled - If an Expert underperformed and you’d like to cancel the contract, they'll end up in this section.
